Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to field@speciplan.com with the subject line "Delete Account".

We will process your request within 30 days.

When you request account deletion, we will remove:

• Your account information (name, email, profile data)
• All reports and field notes you have created
• All media files (photos, videos, audio recordings)
• Your organization data (if you are the sole owner)
• Usage history and preferences

Once we receive your deletion request, we will:

• Verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
• Process the deletion within 30 days
• Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
